xwaveCAD is a multi-service (Police, Fire and EMS), multi-agency, and multi-jurisdiction Computer Aided Dispatch system. xwaveCAD (computer-aided dispatch) for Police is an advanced system that takes an integrated approach to police dispatch. The CAD system tightly integrates national databases (CPIC, NCIC), radio interfaces, fully-featured mapping, mobile workstations, E911, inter-jurisdictional messaging, and local information into a graphical interface. This design facilitates fast, intuitive incident dispatching while maintaining officer safety and the accuracy of the information collected. Version 9.3 concurrently supports tri-service (police, fire and ambulance) while allowing the sharing of information between agencies and services. This product is readily available for the Canadian and U.S. markets with CPIC and NCIC/NLETS, plus other external interfaces.
